Why a first anime run starts at 100 pieces
Licensed drops are usually tested small. A hundred pieces lets you sell the character at a convention, on your own web store or through one retail partner before you commit to a container. Flechazo is a direct OEM/ODM plush toy factory, so that first order is quoted from the same floor that would run the 10,000-piece reorder — not from a trading desk that has to go and ask somebody else.

What we need in order to quote a character
Three things decide the price of an anime plush: how many pattern pieces the silhouette needs, how much of the face is embroidery rather than print, and how much of the character is fabric detail rather than stitching. Send front, side and back views — a turnaround sheet, a game render or a screenshot all work if we can read the proportions — plus the finished height you are aiming for and any feature that has to be exact.
Quotations come back itemised: fabric, fill weight, embroidery stitch count, hardware and packing. You can see which line the money is in — the difference between a custom plush toy supplier and a bulk plush toy manufacturer you can hold to a number, and a quote you have to take on faith.

The tests your market asks for
Every batch leaves the floor through 100% needle detection at 0.8 mm Fe sensitivity and AQL 2.5 random sampling. Product testing is scoped to the destination market: EN 71-1/-2/-3 reports for EU and UK orders, ASTM F963-23 test reports with a CPSIA children's product certificate for the US, and CE documentation for the EU — issued per order against your specification, not as a generic template. One boundary, stated plainly
We manufacture to your artwork and do not license characters on your behalf. The buyer holds the rights to any character, logo or trademark supplied to us — and those rights stay with you. Manufacturing files are never reused for other buyers.

Questions creators and studios ask first
What is the minimum order for custom anime plush toys?
100 pieces per design and colourway. Sampling is available below that, so you can approve a physical prototype before committing to a production run. Reorders and additional colourways are quoted at the same minimum.
How long does an anime plush sample take?
5 to 7 business days from the point artwork and fabric are confirmed. The prototype is photographed and video-inspected before it ships, so you can review it before it reaches you.
Can you print artwork onto plush instead of embroidering it?
Yes. Dye sublimation and heat-transfer printing hold detail that embroidery cannot, which is what most licensed art needs. Where a printed face will fray or read flat, we say so at quotation stage and propose an embroidery build instead.
Do licensed anime plush toys need safety testing?
Yes. Any plush sold to a consumer is a toy and carries toy safety duties, licensed or not. We test to EN 71 for EU and UK orders, to ASTM F963 with a CPSIA certificate for the US, and supply CE documentation for the EU, with reports issued per order.
