Display mascots
The piece that stands in the showroom window. Fabric consumption and carton volume dominate the price, so these are quoted individually rather than off a size table.
MOQ is 100 pcs per design and colourway on standard constructions. Oversized pieces are quoted case by case, because a 100 cm body costs more to ship than it does to sew.
Branding that survives the campaign

Compliance for promotional buyers
Giveaways carry the same legal duties as retail stock. We test promotional orders to EN 71-1/-2/-3 for EU and UK distribution, to ASTM F963-23 with a CPSIA children's product certificate for the US, and supply CE documentation for the EU — reports issued per order. Where a promotional plush is designed for under-3s the test scope and the small-parts requirements change, so tell us the audience at RFQ stage rather than after sampling.

What is the minimum order for promotional mascot plush toys?
100 pieces per design and colourway on standard constructions, with volume pricing from 1,000 pieces upward. Oversized display mascots are quoted individually.
How big can a custom mascot plush be?
We produce from 10 cm keyring size to 100 cm display pieces. Above roughly 60 cm, shipping volume rather than sewing time drives the cost, which is why those sizes are quoted case by case.
Can you match our brand colours?
Yes — Pantone-to-yarn matching on a swatch card, approved before production starts. If a brand colour cannot be held in a plush substrate we tell you at sampling stage, not after the run.
How long does a promotional plush order take?
5 to 7 business days for the physical prototype, then 30 to 45 days for bulk production after you sign off the pre-production sample. If the goods are tied to a fixed event date, say so at RFQ stage and we will build the schedule backwards from it.
