Our plush toys are manufactured strictly to China's national toy safety and textile standards: GB 6675.1-2014 (Basic Requirements), GB 6675.2-2014 (Mechanical and Physical Properties), GB 6675.3-2014 (Flammability), GB 6675.4-2014 (Migration of Certain Elements), GB/T 9832-2007 (Plush and Cloth Toys) and GB 18383-2007 (General Technical Requirements for Filling Fibre Products). All filling is 100% pure polyester fibre, the age rating is 36 months and above, and every batch is inspected and approved by a dedicated QC officer with a product certificate supplied.

Standard mass production turnaround is 30 to 45 calendar days after pre-production sample approval, depending on order volume. We support standard international trade terms including FOB Shanghai/Ningbo, CIF, DDP by air/ocean freight, and express courier (DHL/FedEx) for urgent sample dispatches.

Our standard production MOQ starts at 500 pcs per design/colorway for custom designs, with flexible sample testing options available. Custom physical prototyping takes approximately 5 to 7 business days once 2D illustrations or 3D turnarounds are confirmed. Prototyping cost is 100% refundable upon mass order placement.
