Swatch cards are available on request. Anything outside this list can be sourced, but these cover the majority of commercial plush orders.
Dense 15mm pile. The softest hand in the range - premium bears and comfort lines.
Tighter, more even pile that holds a sculpted face and takes fine embroidery.
A curly, slightly woolly surface. Reads as a real animal rather than a toy.
Long, silky, directional fibre. Classic for rabbits, cats and long-eared characters.
Short, smooth and printable. The workhorse for licensed art and large runs.
Metallic sheen with a soft fleece back. For fantasy and seasonal ranges.
Quality Control
The checks that happen when nobody is watching
Toy safety is not a certificate you buy once. Every batch on our floor runs through metal detection and seam pull testing before it is allowed near a retail bag, because a single broken needle ends a supply relationship. What your market asks for on paper — an EN 71 report, an ASTM F963 report, a CPC — is issued against your order, not stapled to a template.
- 100% needle detection, every batch Double-head detector at 0.8mm Fe sensitivity, run after stuffing and before bagging. No piece ships without clearing it.
- Oeko-Tex and GRS recycled options Azo-free, phthalate-free dyeing, with track-and-trace recycled polyester available for shells and filling.
- Social and quality audits on file BSCI Level A/B, Sedex SMETA 4-pillar, ISO 9001 and GRS documentation, shareable under NDA. Product testing runs per order against EN 71, ASTM F963 or CPSIA scope, whichever your market requires.

Chinese New Year 2027: The Cut-Off Is November, Not January
Chinese New Year falls on 6 February 2027 - eleven days earlier than 2026 - and it removes about six weeks of production, not the seven days of the public holiday. Working backwards from the last pre-holiday sail date puts the sample approval in mid-November and the brief in the first week of November. Questions buyers ask before the first order

What is your typical Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and sample lead time?
Our standard production MOQ is 100 pcs per design/colourway. Custom physical prototyping takes approximately 5 to 7 business days once 2D illustrations or 3D turnarounds are confirmed. Prototype and mould costs are quoted per design and are charged in addition to the bulk order.
Which toy safety standards and certifications do your plush toys ship with?
Every export order is built around the safety standard your market actually enforces. Toys for the EU and UK are tested to EN 71-1 (mechanical and physical), EN 71-2 (flammability) and EN 71-3 (migration of certain elements), with reports issued against each order. US shipments are tested to ASTM F963-23 and ship with a CPSIA children's product certificate (CPC); EU shipments ship with CE documentation. The factory itself holds BSCI Level A/B, Sedex SMETA, ISO 9001 and GRS certification, and every audit pack is shareable under NDA. Filling is 100% polyester fibre, the standard age rating is 36 months and above, and each batch is signed off by a dedicated QC officer after 100% needle detection and AQL 2.5 sampling. For the domestic Chinese market we also produce to GB 6675.1-.4, GB/T 9832-2007 and GB 18383-2007.
How does your OEM/ODM custom plush prototyping process work?
Our streamlined custom process involves: 1) Initial artwork and design sheet consultation; 2) Clay/foam mock-up & precise digital CAD pattern paper cutting; 3) Fabric sourcing and computerized embroidery test; 4) Initial physical sample delivery via express courier with real-time video inspection; 5) Fine-tuning iterations until client sign-off; 6) Mass production cut-and-sew with strict AQL 2.5 metal detection inspection.
What are your mass production lead times and incoterms options?
Standard mass production turnaround is 30 to 45 calendar days after pre-production sample approval, depending on order volume. We support standard international trade terms including FOB Shanghai/Ningbo, CIF, DDP by air/ocean freight, and express courier (DHL/FedEx) for urgent sample dispatches.
